"I recently visited this restaurant and ordered the BBQ Korean chicken. The dish came with three pieces of chicken, but the fries were missing. We only noticed this after we had already left the restaurant and the staff were all too busy to address the issue. I decided to email the headquarters about the missing fries and they acknowledged that the meal was not complete. However, they suggested that I call to get a refund for the fries. I found this suggestion to be insulting and declined. In times like these, good customer service is essential. Mistakes happen, but it's important to make an effort to make things right for the customer."

"The overall experience at this restaurant was good. The food was well-cooked and delicious, especially the full chicken wings, which had a great taste. It would be even better if they added a chicken pita to the menu. The staff was friendly and chatty when I went to order. The only issue was that I received more food than I had actually ordered, but it was the first day for the person at the front, so I can overlook it. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick and decent meal, either for lunch or a fast dinner."

"Amazing Japanese food in grand central. Restaurant itself is quite small as we had to wait for a seat, and service was slightly slow due to there being a lot of customers. Food here was delicious. Ordered a bento box, chicken and prawn teriyaki, and ramen. The bento box was amazing, it was my first time trying sushi and I enjoyed it, will definitely be trying more again, it was fresh and there was a variety of things to try! The teriyaki was delicious, it was full of flavour and there was plenty of veg, it was all made freshly too. Despite it being busy the staff were very friendly and did check up on us so service was good. Will definitely be coming back to explore more of the menu!"

"I'm not sure if it was the fault of the booking app or the restaurant, but I made a reservation for a table for two for my girlfriend and myself. We live far apart due to work, so we don't see each other as often as we'd like. We had planned to have a romantic Valentine's meal at this restaurant on the 15th. However, when our taxi pulled up outside, the restaurant was dark and closed with no signs of life. We had never been there before and were looking forward to it, so it was disappointing that the place was not open despite our reservation being confirmed. We ended up going to Prezzo and sat next to a table of 20 people instead. It was a letdown."
