"The restaurant was closed when we arrived. Despite trying to reach someone by calling the number on the door and waiting for 15 minutes, we received no response or indication of closure. I had even confirmed our reservation via text, for which I was charged, with no notification that the restaurant would be closed. No one reached out to apologize for the inconvenience. I have tried contacting OpenTable twice through their website, but have yet to receive a response. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of service and communication in this situation."
