I made a complaint to open table as they had confirmed the booking twice, but they wanted to leave the debt with el gaucho because they did not tell them. I wrote directly to the director of the company, which operates both restaurants, but he could not complain to answer. the apologies of the open table amounts to my points for £20 from my next booking. very disappointing."
