"The Wagamama restaurant in Reading is in a good location close to the Oracle. The place itself was ok but the music was too loud and the atmosphere reminded me of school cafeterias. They have a vegan and gluten-free menu although only one dish was gluten-free and vegetarian/vegan. The quality of the food is good and very fresh. Unfortunately, our table wasn’t cleaned before we were placed so we had to sit next to a lonely shrimp, in addition we weren’t given cutlery for the soup-like curry nor was the staff properly trained to serve wine and drinks. In a nutshell: ok but nothing special or remarkable about this place."

"I visited on a Friday at 10am to meet a friend from Sweden for a breakfast having walked past 100x on my way to work. Kef provided excellent service and was welcoming and efficient. Lovely food , lovely decor, lovely ambience. I’ll definitely return soon . Thank you Kef !"

"eating was good and big, but the service was very bad and unprofessional. it made the Valentine's Day dinner very disappointing and very expensive for the services we expect! only a club for restaurant must learn more, especially customer services."
