"the last pint I had here would have been about eight years ago, a beautiful traditional Norfolk pub that was completely untouched by the modern with a real community feeling. a change of hands saw this old time noble stone getriated, which normally solves their very beloved charm replaced it by a trendy/corporate look so out of place in sleepy rural norfolk. but somehow they pulled it away. brilliant friendly staff. during my visit, I was warmly welcomed by the young woman and her Irish colleague behind the bar. as far as the charm is concerned, it's everywhere you see, and I can't recommend it very much. the beer was also in great shape."
