"This is USUALLY one of my favourite restaurants but on this occasion, Hana fell extremely short. I had friends visiting from the USA was eager to take them to a wonderful place. We were ignored most of the evening, plates were not cleared unless we asked. We had to ask to order, etc. Not sure why this occurred as the restaurant did not seem very busy until we were close to being finished. The food was great but the experience was very poor overall. Will not recommend in the future. :"
