"I ordered delivery from this restaurant and it took 2 and a half hours to arrive. When it finally did, it was not the order I had placed. It seemed like my order had been forgotten, as I called multiple times to inquire about its status and was told it would be another 20 minutes each time. The order that arrived was incorrect, including the soda I had requested. I understand that weekends are busy, but if the restaurant is overwhelmed with orders, they should consider limiting deliveries to ensure that they can handle the volume. I paid £20 for two meals that arrived at around 10:30pm, despite ordering at 8pm. Unfortunately, I did not eat the food as it was not what I had ordered and appeared to be rushed and made with leftovers before closing time. Overall, I have no issues with this restaurant as I have had good experiences in the past, but they should prioritize quality over quantity when it comes to deliveries."
