"The Afternoon Tea is not worth the money. The food wasn’t good, bland boring sandwiches, scones, cakes candy floss, the service wasn’t good, the ambience wasn’t good, the restaurant was cold. There are other places within a stones throw where you get better food/service/ambience for the same money. The Afternoon Tea is supposedly based on Charlie The Chocolate Factory but you’d be hard pressed to see any clues to this. I expected to walk into a themed restaurant but it’s just a restaurant in a basement with no atmosphere, dull boring. I’d give zero stars if I could. Overall a very disappointing experience. Please, save your hard earned money book elsewhere."
