"On December 23rd, five of us enjoyed a light lunch with wine at this restaurant. We were greeted nicely and seated at a charming side table, provided with menus promptly. Our orders were taken quickly, water was brought to our table, and our selected wine was served within 5 minutes - excellent service. The food was brought to us with a smile, and the staff checked on us regularly to ensure we had everything we needed, which added to the dining experience. We ordered steak, fish, and sides, all of which were cooked to perfection. After chatting for 45 minutes, we left with a reasonable bill after discussing the restaurant's South African founder with the Italian staff. This was a pleasant experience compared to a recent, more expensive dining experience nearby. The atmosphere was great, the staff was wonderful, and the food was fabulous. Thank you very much!"
