"I regularly order from here due to food allergies and usually the pizza comes late and I just deal with it but the lack of apology/understanding from the staff is overwhelming. I was LAUGHED AT when I called to ask when my pizza was arriving...(took 4 phone calls to get through to them). Ordered pizza at 18.50 and pizza did not arrive until 20:45pm. Shocking service with no help at all. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! I have also had to wait 10 days for someone to get back in touch with me about it (despite phone calls and messaged on the Instagram account since they never reply to anything else). I haven’t heard anything after being assured they’d call me back within the hour. Don’t waste your money, just stick with dominos where the pizza is just as good and the staff and friendly"
