Fresh salmon slices on a bed of mixed greens, topped with a tangy citrus dressing, perfect for a light and refreshing meal.

"We went after their great renovation and the ambience is good for one night in a quiet yet lively restaurant. However, given the situation not central London compared to all other many other Japanese restaurants I was, the prices are too high. I pay less for everything in an authentic Japanese restaurant in central locations. Sushi quality is great with thick and fresh cuts and good decoration and good selection of menu for the size of the kitchen. A dish that I do not enjoy was my favorite grilled egg on rice, the size of the aal was 1/3 of the normal size for the price of £18, as the aal prices have decreased little in recent years. For this reason I gave 2 star of 5 for value. If you are looking for great sushi in Kentish Town, there is no other place, so I recommend if you are a local Japanese fan."

"we have traveled in japan, and we are serious fans of Japanese eating, but we realize that this means that we can be difficult to please because we have some knowledge of what is expected from a good Japanese eating. that was a good meal! the deep-fried aubergine in a delicious sweet sauce was particularly excellent, and the tempura garnel and vegetables were excellent. there are also Korean dishes on the menu. well done yoshi sushi, we're coming back."

"I was very hesitant about ordering sushi and having it delivered without seeing it first; so often places either turn out to be ‘sushi that’s sat there’ (alike itsu all day and not prepared to order) or sushi that’s freshly prepared and made to order. Well, this was lovely! Fresh nicely sized pieces with good quality salmon and yummy avocado. This for sure wasn’t prepared and sat there all day in a fridge with no doors. Would definitely order sushi from here again so great! The katsu sauce was amazing !!! (Next time I’d even order a pot of this on the side). The chicken with it was a little dry but the udon noodles were lovely. My miso soup was a tad strong, very salty so I diluted it a little and that was great. Would 100% order from here again. If you’re reading this now- do it!"

"Bo Lang is a very stylish, modern Chinese dim sum restaurant and teahouse in South Kensington. They do traditional dim sum but the focus of the menu is on avant garde, unusual dim sum that most of the time is delicious and works very well. It is so interesting to see the dim sum you know modernized in Bo Lang. The dim sum is not cheap and an average plate for 4 pieces costs £6 (and many dim sums are more expensive) but if you want a luxurious dim sum experience, regardless of the price, this place truly delivers. I went to Bo Lang with a group of my friends and we had lunch here on a Sunday. The interior is dark and the room has grey leather sofas and charcoal velvet chairs and it has...read more"

"love that you can order dishes from different menus! we sat on the terrace and order a mix of tasty things, including the Kimchi-Fries that were incredible! the terrace was beautiful and the heating kept us toast. I was on a date. I don't eat sushi, so it was nice that I have something! would also be ideal for a large group. only four stars because the drinks came a few minutes after eating, but I understand that it cannot be coordinated when ordering them from different menus. will come back in any case!"

"I can't say that it's the best Japanese place I've ever visited, still the best in soho, but it's a really decent place to eat. the place I could go back to if I was quite hungry and in the opposite, but not the kind of place where I would go out of mine to come. the eating is mixed, some dinge were really good and many of it was very average. Nothing I had was bad. service is in order, a touch slow, but the staff was as friendly as I hoped. to eat everything in a beautiful place, nothing special."

"I've eaten an all decent Viet restaurants in London and used to love Viet Grill, but my last experience was my last, arrived Saturday at lunch time, not too busy but as only two of us, got sat at a table against wall in rear of restaurant, really? Meanwhile there is a lovely bank of seat long rear of restaurant vacant except setting up for the staff lunch. I did manage a better table but ordering and then long wait for food, meanwhile the staff table began to fill up with food. It was 13:30, think you need to pay attention to customers food first. Finally ordered the Pho, no salad/bean sprouts/greens came. When I paid for the bill, the young lady said I had to request this if I wanted it with the Pho. Seriously? So service has gotten really poor and I won't eat here anymore, go to Tay Do, much better service and less expensive"

"I have discovered some of the best Japanese food in London at this restaurant! The dishes are fresh, delicious, and reasonably priced. I will definitely return in the future!"

"I don't understand why this restaurant has such high ratings. The experience was quite mediocre overall. The service was consistently poor; the staff was rude, slow, and frequently forgot our requests. The sashimi was nearly frozen—definitely not fresh enough. I might consider ordering delivery from here again, but I wouldn't eat in the restaurant again. The rolls fell apart, the avocado wasn't ripe, and the spicy roll was overwhelmed with too much mayonnaise. Overall, it was a disappointment. Our dinner for three cost £95. Rating: B."

"So sorry but I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone. There was no ambiance as there was only one other table of people and it was also cold. The food was not great and the the bill made it feel worse as it was expensive, very overpriced, and we were paying too much for poor food. Sorry!"

"Sushi Surprise is a really small place that could only accommodate up to 8 people sitting with two high tables. It is more appropriately described as a takeaway. The surprise element for today's lunch deal is the salmon nigiri topped with parmesan and then a quick blow torch action for the finishing. You want a twist to your lunch, check out Sushi Surprise. Not too cheap but the freshness of the sushi is worth paying for."
