"Suba. Located at the top of Verride Palácio Santa Catarina hotel, this restaurant is the perfect spot for a romantic escape. Whether you choose to go on a lunch and enjoy the river view or to have dinner enjoying the city lights, you will not be disappointed. The place is very discrete and it was almost empty, only another table booked probably because we went on a Friday lunch. The food, the mood, the service, all fits perfect together in this experience. Apart from the tasting menu, you can also go for an a la carte experience and create your own magic moments. We enjoyed our meal with some exquisite starters: the smoked tuna, giant red shrimp and the scallops blue whiting all plates served with finesse and explained in high detail by the servant. For main course we had the guineafowl and the matured veal which were also a plus on the menu. The dessert was a kind of Priscos pudim, the only thing we wish would be sweeter. We also enjoyed some amousse bouche and little treats from the chef. A place to remember with one of the best views of Tagus river. Our rating 4.5/5"
