"So I find this place a little confusing. You get a bagel which costs about 10p wholesale (if that), you add a slice of lettuce, 2 strips of bacon and some tomato, squeeze on a teaspoon of mayonnaise and then charge £6.50. The queues are out the door and you are making 400% profit margins. For me its just a little too expensive for what it is, but good luck guys you certainly have struck gold, not sure the concept would work as well up North were people count there pennies but the affluent Brighton Crowd cant get enough."
