"the food was insane, the best beef tartare, but the service was terrible, I have never come across such a service at a michelin restaurant. when we finished our cocktails, no one asked if we wanted more to drink ... while serving dishes, the front of the house did not explain what we had on the plate, no one cleared the bread crumbs from the table ... the waitress did not ask if we liked the dishes... ..., for desserts nobody offered us coffee or sweet wine ... we had to ask ourselves ... come on the food was great the service was cruel, for sure the service does not deserve 1 star."
