"I made a reservation for six people through OpenTable. The dinner club reached out to me directly to request various details about our guests and the booking. I provided the necessary information via email. I followed up with another email a few days before the dinner but received no response. The day before the event, I contacted the chef, who then informed me that there was an issue with the venue, and they would not be serving food that night unless I had an alternative venue arranged. Thank you for the late notice! I was unable to find a table for six at any other restaurant or club on such short notice, especially on a Saturday evening in central London. The customer service was disappointing, and I will not be booking again."
