"Went in for the Mother's Day Special Lunch, and was overall quite impressed. I could tell they were trying very hard to pull off a luxurious feel serving oscietra caviar, black truffles, and foie gras all in one meal, and they were all great, but at the same time I felt as if they might be lacking a bit of creativity by playing it too safe. The presentation and handling of all ingredients were text book perfect, but it was expected considering the quality of ingredients they're using. Would've appreciated a little kick of unexpected pleasant surprises, but combined with the professional service of staff and exceptional pairing suggestions from the somelier, it was overall a very pleasant dining experience. Also appreciated the cute complimentary birthday dessert for Dad and the take home chocolate. It was my first time here but other family members have been several times, and have all said their previous visits were much more impressive, so maybe I'll have to check it out again next time."
