"I love going to Cinnamon with my family. The location and menu (go for the burger if you can! are very good, and the price is fair. However, I wouldn't recommend the restaurant to anyone at this point as the service has let us down. The service has never been great, but it needs serious improvement. Floor staff are friendly but it's common to see them chatting with each other while the restaurant is busy and customers (like us trying to make an order. On our most recent visit (19th March 6 PM , the service was extremely poor. In a short time, 3 different staff asked if we were ready to order, but in the end, it took 4 attempts and over 20 minutes to get our bill. I do think that better management and staff training will make a difference in service quality."
