"Our experience here was great! We were on holiday and love Italian food, we've been to lots of Bella Italias but this had to be one of the best. The food was fantastic. The lady who served was so lovely, friendly and professional. Great atmosphere in this old building.. Would definitely recommend it."
"Edit.... 31st Oct 21.... I've reduced to a 4 star. Went tonight. Table at 7.30pm. Place was deserted. Only 2 other tables filled as we walked in. Lovely Service straight away. Starters arrived quickly however I didn't enjoy it (which they took off the bill which I didn't ask them to do). Certain items not available on the menu which is understandable due to supply issues which is beyond their control. However, had to wait over half an hour in-between the starter and main course even though the place was empty. They were concentrating more on their just eat orders which I counted 7 drivers coming in and out for deliveries while we were waiting for the main course. The main course was very enjoyable. Also received a voucher via email for a free main course. I love Bella Italia. Been a few times now and I have never had a bad meal. Food is fantastic. Always have calamari as a starter. They have a new menu now and had the meatballs. Meatballs were perfect sized. Small but not to small and plenty of them. Staff are friendly and polite."

"Pre theatre bite to eat. I don't live here but had memories of a previous big birthday here with friends years ago. Thought I'd try again for old times sake. Friendly welcome as we hadn't booked. Seated in the conservatory but too warm so I asked to move to the main restaurant. Found a better table. I only had two starters as wanted something lighter, both came within a reasonable time and were nice enough. Friend had a main meal and enjoyed it. They grate the cheese with their bare hands which I don't like for hygiene reasons so I declined cheese on top. The vibe was nice and I like you can see them cooking in the kitchen. Short walk to the theatre also. Overall a nice evening and food."

"a place where we were multiple in past. a favorite of the children who loved the marco polo and the lasagnen, who still stand out in the menu, even though they have moved on. to old times it was a must to visit and it was not disappointed. we started with the flat brot and then ordered three kinds of pastas and a diadola pizza. the brownie was a must."
"Visited for the first time with my partner. When going to any establishment. Customers service makes or breaks a first impression and I can 100% say, staff where brilliant. Service with a smile and very patient. I'm vegiterian and my partner isn't. I let them know I'm veggie and they gave me a standard menu and a vegan menu so I had multiple choices. For starters we ordered the garlic mozzarella dough bites. Very delicious. For mains my partners had the meat feast pizza, and I have the vegan Carne Mista pizza (seen in picture) both delicious and will have this again. Brilliant first experience and will definitely be returning"
