"This place is more about the ambiance than the food quality. I ordered the ribs which seems to be the most popular meat dish and they were dry and over cooked. That being the said, the service was decent. They seemed fairly well staffed. Maybe the drinks are better here. The venue itself is quite nice and it’s reasonably easy to get tables due to the large size of the restaurant."

"the amazing eating was received very sad by the bad service. we arrived at 8:05 at our places and left with menus. at 8:30 o'clock we had not been addressed by the employees to ask if we even want to order a drink or if we had made decisions about our food choice. Finally we could not wait anymore and we called the waitress and asked if we could continue with the order. she also took drinks and food. the food came then extremely fast tbh and it was error-free. we enjoyed both our appetizers and main courses. then the waiting game started again and we finally had to call a server to demand a look at the Dessert menu. she left this and never returned to ask if we would like to order. Finally we finally got the server attention and ordered what I can only describe and one of the best tiramisu I ever had. we have been in italian and eating here is as good as authentic italian gets. will I have been coming back? unfortunately not because of the bad service, since it was really a big problem from the beginning to the end of our visit. the service in the surrounding restaurants is excellent and unfortunately the food is not enough to make a great evening, it must be both eating and service for us."
