In my opinion, this place is just as good as other local fish and chip shops, and even better than some. I have never encountered any issues with my orders or the wait times."

"We were expecting a quality fish and chip restaurant in the vein of Harry Ramsden. The seating and waitress service was fine but the food was very ordinary. Freshly cooked restaurant chips should be crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside they were neither. Also, plates need to be large enough for the food. Plaice should be served alongside chips not on top of them due to lack of space. The waitress was very pleasant, polite and friendly but ambience was zero. I would not be able to recommend Deep Blue in Norwich to a friend for fear of the comeback."
