"Didn’t have any food, waited ages to be seated then was sat down for 30 minutes and no one had come to take an order, not even drinks. We got up and left, very disappointed as I had heard the food was good but the service was terrible. A friend had warned me the wait is long also for takeaway. I think if they sorted this out, it would be a much better service/experience."
