"as someone who rarely ordered fish while eating, I mean review of hole fyne, bath, inconspicuous a fish concentrated restaurant chain. that is, the perfect guide for the rare English summer day is the combination of salmon and white wine, and these restaurants both do pretty well. (I wish I had been adventurous enough for the haggis on the menu, but forgive myself when it was not a bitter evening in the januar). the location hole fyne is beautiful, a large but still intimate room with the obligatory bathroom marble colonnades, with an open preparation area at an end and a fresh feeling decor. I always thought that the restaurant would work well as traditional, so we ordered a few courses to start a special day, namely a light plate consisting of a many number of smoked salmon and terrines, (very fresh) oysters for the next course and for the main starter fish cake, served in a traditional clam, for me the highlight. in harmony with the light and fresh mood, the decor and the kitchen we ordered a chabis from the well ordered wine list. enough to fill, but not to weigh, this is a great place to lunch with a drink."
