"really great atmosphere, eating, coffee and personal. the birthday of a friend and the personal manager went beyond and beyond to make it special. only the reason I dropped a star is the container I took away the rest, was tied in the Doggy bag and so the food went through and stained my clothes and shoes (despite that the container itself was completely closed.)"

"The menu is varied and friendly to all kinds of tastes (I'm veggie, teetotal, companion meaty and drinker we were both catered to). The juicy drink I had was great! The service was lovely, the seating somewhat cramped, the chair small and I had to move to accommodate another guest. The food was good, but I confess that for me the balance of veg cellulose (greens) vs the carbs/beans was too stodge heavy. And the amount of chilly and raw garlic/onion left a taste that lasted into the following morning (and yes, I do brush for mins with eletric brush every night The noise level when we arrived and the place was full was very high. But a show must have started, so soon the place thinned out and the noise levels were fine. So many hard surfaces! I'd go again, but ask about the cooking of the garlic and onion."

"Regrettably, the restaurant was extremely cold. I had to keep my coat on during the entire dinner. I later saw other reviews mentioning the same issue. It definitely detracted from what could have been a more pleasant meal. The food was tasty, but it cooled down quickly and the hot chocolate was merely lukewarm."

"The salmon bowl was incredibly flavorful, perfectly seasoned, and delicious. The grilled broccoli and black bean salsa bowl was fantastic as well; the spices and flavors truly impressed us. The curry taste was delightful, the black beans were sweet and delightful, and the sweet potatoes were cooked to perfection. We couldn’t find anything to criticize. If I could offer a suggestion, it would be to include flavor descriptions for the cocktails, as we underestimated their strength. They sounded sweet and fruity, but were surprisingly sharp and syrupy. I highly recommend this restaurant; it stands out from the typical tourist traps that charge too much for mediocre food. This place is exceptional, and I didn’t want to leave. I will definitely be back. Amazing!"

"Wasn't super into the food the first time I visited in 2019 (alcohol was involved lol) but I visited again in September and it was much better. Restaurant was clean, there's proper seating upstairs, highchairs are available and the staff were pleasant. Food was cheap and we enjoyed it. Restaurant isn't fully accessible though there's no lift to upstairs seating and downstairs tables are for standing guests."

"We ordered 4 meals and 4 desserts 2 meals and 2 cakes to take out. They gave us the cakes to eat in before our food and then to top that off gave us our meal in the take away container to eat in! Had to ask for it to be put on a plate. Here’s the best part then she said she didn’t charge us for two meals Management needs to step in and do some basic customer service training. I used to love this place and recommend it to everyone! Definitely hesitant to do so now."

"We tried this restaurant for the first time tonight and we were really looking forward to it. It did not disappoint at all. We were unsure about what to order but the lady at the counter was very helpful. She made some suggestions and I placed my order. My only complaint is that I didn't order more. "Ordered at the till and was passively served by toby. He did not pay attention to the order or any questions asked at all. Once I had a look at the receipt I had seen he had put through something completely different to what I had asked for. Thought it was fine to let them know so they could resolve the issue, however I have never been spoken to so disrespectfully as a customer as the server was arguing when I was simply being patient and telling me to basically do one. The manager politely resolved the issue however he was constantly being rude and argumentative. Almost felt threatened with the stares and comments I was receiving by TOBY. Will not be back here again. Not to help it I got back and my order was still wrong!"

"I have to give the lowest rating possible due to my experience with this restaurant. I made a reservation for a birthday celebration, but when we arrived, the restaurant was closed, despite a sign on the door indicating they should have been open. I wasn’t contacted to inform me about the cancellation of my booking, and my calls went unanswered. As a result, I was left without a reservation on my sister’s birthday, which was extremely disappointing, especially since we were looking forward to dining here. They need to either update their opening hours or improve their online booking system to prevent this from happening in the future."
