"This Indian restaurant is always fantastic and one of my favorites in the area. The staff is very friendly and attentive, ensuring that your glass is never empty for long. I had the deluxe platter with a wide variety of chicken and lamb dishes, accompanied by a generous portion of rice. This is perfect for those who like to try different curries or have trouble deciding on a dish. The chicken curry was beautifully flavored and the meat was very tender. We prefer our food on the spicy side, and the staff was happy to accommodate our request for extra chili. The naan bread was always served hot and soft, with just the right amount of butter. The portions are generous and I appreciate how knowledgeable and patient the waiters are in helping me navigate the menu. We have dined here with family, friends, as a couple, and even hosted a private banquet and birthday party in the side area without any issues. The prices are average and on par with similar restaurants. The thali we ordered was one of the more expensive items at around £17, but the selection was well worth it. We even had leftovers to take home the next day. Overall, the dining experience is consistently excellent here."

"This is the best Indian food we have had anywhere outside my mother inn laws kitchen. Authentic flavors, meat is tender, the mixed grill was to die for. Fish curry incredible and the biryani totally floated my boat, Service was prompt, and friendly, yes seating is a little tight and portions a little on the small side, but for this area it is still amazing value, you will not find a better Indian. I am eating the leftovers cold for breakfast : What a treat !"

"We booked a table for 4 for 7.30pm, arrived 7.25 and it took 20 mins. to get severed for drinks. It got worse! We were finally shown to the table of a 20% full restaurant and 25mins later finally had the head waiter ask if he could take our order...with an attitude as if he was doing us a favour... We were so put off by the dirty, 'sticky ' tables and v slow service we told the waiter we were leaving, paid for our drinks and left. Never again will we go back!"

"We always get takeaway from here as it’s our fave Indian round here. We went to eat in and couldn’t believe the price difference, was so much more expensive to eat in. I understand you pay for service but it was about an extra tenner. We went on a Tuesday and was disappointed they aren’t doing the 50% scheme. "The food was tasty, but I felt the portion sizes didn’t offer great value for the price. I ordered the chicken thali, which included only a small serving of chicken, some aloo saag, and a modest portion of dhal. The rest of the thali consisted of salad (which appeared brown) and yogurt. Overall, it didn’t feel like much for what I paid. Additionally, we were seated by the window, which wasn’t ideal on a hot day since there was no shade and the air conditioning was weak, making it uncomfortably warm. "Lovely pub with amazing staff! Laura, in particular, was really helpful helping us find a table and recommending food for us. We shared a selection of the small plates they were great, and perfect sharer options for friends out for drinks and nibbles. The food was a little slow coming out, and some bits were a little cold, but we put that down to ordering quite a few different dishes, and it didn’t spoil the experience overall. We did witness an uncomfortable incident where a very unhappy customer was complaining in quite an aggressive and intimidating way, but Laura kept her calm and handled it amazingly well. It was hard to watch, so must’ve been awful to be on the receiving end of that kind of complaint management should be proud of their staff!!"

"Food was amazing.Couldnt find any fault with the food.But the wait was ridiculous.for over an hour.One of our dishes was given first and had to wait for the rest of the stuffs again. Even though the staff apologized for it as there were short of staff .But what we noticed was that one of the families who came after was given the food earlier than us.They were given even glasses to drink water while we had to ask for a bottled water finally. I would say the customer service wasn't that great .but may get food from here as takeout."

"We had an early reservation so we were the only ones in the restaurant. Service was good as we were the only ones there,the starter came which we thought was brilliant. After the starter we were expecting a main as good as the starter....how wrong we were! We had a tikka masala and a Korean which they both tasted exactly the same....revolting! It is the worst curry we have ever had tasting tangy,a little bit like raisins,bordering on being off! Never again! I have given 2 stars because the combo starter was lovely."

"My husband and I recently ordered takeout from this restaurant. I got a pizza, chips, and a can of juice for £9.50, while my husband got pakora, sauce, curry, rice, and naan for £10.50. I left to go home while my husband waited for the meal, which we thought was a good deal. However, when my husband tried to pay with a card, he was asked to pay more than once even though the machine had already accepted the card. It seemed like they were trying to pull a fast one, so be cautious when using a card here. They claimed the machine needed more paper and my husband had to ask for a receipt, which he wasn't offered. The meal itself was tasty, but there was more sauce than meat in the curry. Additionally, there was no can of juice in the bag, so be on the lookout for any missing items. The pizza was delicious and spicy, just the way I like it, but there was no diet coke included as there should have been."
