"Frist of all there was no booking under my name, and we had to wait to be seated with a young child with us so a very poor start, no one came to offer us drinks or take a order whilst we waited! Once a table come up and we were finely seated the table service was shambolic to say the least, the time from takin g the order and arriving at the table was far to long over 40mins, no one came round to poor more tea, we had to repeatedly ask over and over again for service, also the children's sandwiches were poor with out butter etc and very small for £35 per head.
