"We made an unplanned stop at Kaspas Desserts since we don't have one where we live and wanted to check it out. Despite the initial impression that prices were high, the portions were actually very satisfying. We had a waffle with ice cream and were pleasantly full afterwards. The food tasted delicious and we definitely plan on returning when we're in Nottingham again. It's worth treating yourself to a tasty dessert here. As a marathon runner with a strict diet, I can still highly recommend indulging in the sweet treats at Kaspas. You won't regret it."

"staff have no clue . When asking for the nutritional value sheet they did not have a clue what it meant and then said they have 150 stores in the UK but if you have 150 stores in the UK then why don't you have a nutritional value sheet for people will illnesses diebeties.ect.. .It was like a playground .There were kids teens overrunning the place .overrunning all outside and inside the place with their shirts off acting like it is a playground.The staff hade no control whatsoever of the store and they have no security in sight . Dissapointing. They definitely are loosing money because of the service .We had to end up getting a takeaway .I was disappointed because I am a diebetic and I could not eat a THING because they did not have the slightest idea of what carbohidrates are . I do NOT recommend eating here and definitely not after 7 . Thank you."
