"now I have to make a confession, I haven't been back at raj douth for about 10 years. because the last time I went the decor was terrible, and especially eating was the same no matter what they ordered. there was a rumor that was revived that the same sauce was used on each dish, only with the meat and the veg changed depending on the order. Now, after I was convinced to try it from friends, I can only say that I was made to eat my words. the place is much improved, the decor is welcoming and the personal that especially greets the owner who had a certain “cheeky charm”. we visited the banquet night, where I had a poppadom for £13 and starter of a mixed kebab, which was a great part to say the least and brilliantly cooked with a good balance of seasoned. after a chilli chicken tikka masala oh wow there were defo some heat to this curry, but again great thick sauce with strong aromen, my only bottom was the hunch was a little hard and overcooked, but overall good. also included in the price was a rice, keema rice for me, which again well cooked and beautiful and damp, which for one inder sometimes the rice can be dry. garlic nan was well cooked and did the job. all that for £13, how can they go wrong."
