"Our visit to Pizza Hut on a Wednesday afternoon was nothing short of exceptional, and it's all thanks to the incredible service we received from the sole staff member on duty – a short waitress with brown hair, whose name sadly escaped us. On this particular afternoon, the restaurant was seemingly quiet, with only one waitress handling all the tables. Despite the demands of being the only one working, she exhibited remarkable patience, going above and beyond to make our dining experience special. She took the time to explain the menu thoroughly, guiding us through the options and ensuring we made the perfect choices. Her attention to detail and dedication to accommodating our preferences truly stood out. As for the food, Pizza Hut once again delivered with its mouthwatering pizzas. Our orders arrived promptly and were deliciously hot and fresh. The cleanliness of the restaurant and the relaxed atmosphere made our family meal even more enjoyable."

"We dine at Pizza Hut regularly so we know what’s what, we aren’t unfamiliar with things here. We haven’t however been since COVID and the experience is somewhat strange at least when compared to other restaurants. The 2*’s is for the food, nothing ‘wrong’...with the pizza and sides, came out piping hot and delicious. Our issues were with the ordering experience and salad bar. There is no option to order with a member of staff, you HAVE to order on their website while sat at your table, you also HAVE to pay card, you CANNOT pay cash and you CANNOT use a gift card, its non negotiable. We’ve not come across this post COVID, all other restaurants allow cash payments and an alternative if you don’t or cant order on an app. The next issue was with the salad bar, this is their strange part. Take Harvester for example; the salad bars are open, but the servers get it for you and plate it up. In Pizza Hut you can choose between Green Salad, Coleslaw, Potato Salad or Bacon Bits (Yes just four choices) and you can only choose one on their online ordering system, extras are £1 per choice. So you cant have Salad with Coleslaw and Bacon Bits, the system doesn’t allow this and it would cost £2 extra. I don’t think we will be back until this post COVID experience is changed we understand changes need to be made, but we eat out every week at least once, and have done through COVID and haven’t had any strange issues like this before."

"The service at this restaurant was very slow. We were ignored for about 20 minutes until someone finally came to take our order. The pizza we ordered was not made correctly and lacked flavor. While the pizza bases were well-made, the toppings were disappointing. I would love to see more interesting toppings like courgette, aubergine, artichokes, jackfruit, and more. It would be great if they offered vegan meat substitutes like seitan, soy, vegan bacon, pulled jackfruit, and vegan salami. As a restaurant that serves meat, they did not do enough to provide a complete pizza experience compared to other businesses. While the pizza we received was decent, my partner and I would prefer more exciting options on the menu before we visit again. This restaurant is convenient when visiting the showcase cinema, as it offers a simple meal before or after a movie."

"I would have liked to have had an experience there, but I couldn't because I didn't allow it yesterday on the 29th april 2022. after checking in the internet that the closing time at 22.00 clock (which is also advertised at the entrance door), my family and I was allowed in this restaurant despite 20,45 it means an hour and fifteen minutes before closing not eating. a worker (a young man) told me that the time to eat was closed and that I had only the start option. when we were on vacation to visit the city, we did not want to take our dinner home, on one side, because we were not close and on the other because we were a good time with dinner in a restaurant we like. I really don't understand why this restaurant has a closing time if they don't respect it. I could have understood this decision if we had arrived there by 21.30, but we had more than enough time to eat there and go before the closing time. my opinion, terrible customer service of this restaurant. I think manager and specialties of franchise should investigate what happens there. pizzahut pays all these houseworkers before homework because they do nothing in the last hour and half an hour. they had only one chat and gave to the supplier who was out to take orders. I am firmly convinced that customers need to take care of something completely different than what we experienced yesterday in this pizza hut restaurant on the argyle road in glasgow."
