"Using the booking app on your website I booked a table for the 28th March. The booking was accepted even confirmed the day before through the booking app you use, OpenTable. We arrived and discovered the restaurant closed. It was my husband’s birthday and we were all extremely disappointed, not to mention annoyed, that this was allowed to happen. If you use OpenTable for all your bookings, as appears to be the case as I’ve returned to your website to check, why would you allow a booking to be taken on a day you’re closed? And on seeing a booking taken in error, as presumably you use the system to check people’s bookings, not even bother to contact people. Extremely poor. And we won’t try again as you clearly care so little about customers it wouldn’t be worth it."
