"The food is usually excellent but the delivery service is very poor. The first time I ordered I pre ordered online which provides the option of picking a time for delivery, and after calling and calling it ended up arriving over an hour late they had clearly forgotten my order. The second time it was all perfect, then tonight I pre ordered for the same time and it turned up 2 hours prior. I explained it was due to arrive at 7.45 so sent it away (hadn't put the baby to bed yet! and then eventually it turned up around the time requested but the food was much poorer than usual. It was cold, the potatoes were hard, the chicken dry and the portions were noticeable smaller!? Did I get my original order 2 hours later and they just kept it warm? Who knows? Probably. I hope not. I am more than happy to call at the time of opening and expect my delivery 40 45 mins after ordering like most takeaways, I appreciate a timed delivery is a great service. So if you can't accommodate it, don't advertise it. Really disappointing, for such an expensive meal. Been trying to call all evening, they just let it ring out and when finally got through they hung up mid conversation. Never again."
