"This place is fantastic! However if you don 't like trains, or the noise of trains, think carefully if you intend to stay over, after all you are right next to the 'East Coast Mainline ' from York to the North, and the trains run 24hrs. The staff, the food, the ambience and the overall feel of 'The Sidings ' is amazing. I have never met such friendly, passionate and wonderful people before. You can tell they really love this place. I opted to stay for 2 nights, but I enjoyed the experience so much I extended it to 3 nights. These guys really do go out of their way to make you feel welcome and valued. Cannot recommend 'The Sidings ' highly enough. Will definitely be rebooking in the future, possibly for longer."
