"visited yesterday at 1pm for meal. told chef had not turned up but would be there in 15 minutes. barman then phoned chef and we were told it would be maybe another half hour. he also said restaurant opened at 1pm. website gives time from 12pm. very disappointing. not the way to do business. we went somewhere else."
