"Contrary to the reviews on here, I have visited this Pizza Hut 3 times (maybe even 4) in the last 3 months and I must say it is excellent! This is one of the best Pizza Hut deliveries that I have had because the staff are friendly and the pizza is always hot. Choose the right pizza and you will not be disappointed. My only complaint, if it is even a complaint, is that the staff are not following the rules for wearing masks. Masks may not work, but the pizza always does!"

"I placed an order and when taken in one of the items was missing. I called to let them know and was greeted very rudely but someone who told me they packed it themselves and I was lying. I asked him what my order was and he said the wrong things so not sure what he even thought he packed!! He then sighed and told me to wait and put me on hold I was then put onto someone entirely different who asked me what my problem was. I then explained I had already spoken to someone and did I need to now re go through it all again which he then said if you would like ?!?! Once I had gone through my issue again he then went on to explain to me that I had had my order and his colleague believed I was lying. I then explained again I did not get all of my order and then asked what I would like him to do. They did end up saying shall I just do it again and re sending out but not without telling me this one side would take another hour to come... I honestly do not understand why people work in such an industry when they can 't be kind and clearly don 't like people? I absolutely love a pizza hut but will not be ordering from these clowns again and will give the business to Dominoes as the employees at reading west pizza hut are clearly above the rest of us and obviously feel they don 't need the business! The amount of horrendous reviews on Google is maybe something pizza hut should be looking into!"
