"Sat down and waited almost 10 minutes for somewhere to ask what drinks we needed. Considering the place only had 11 other people in it, it was quiet. We got our drinks and placed our order. After 45 minutes of waiting for our food, with no one coming to explain that it was going to be a while, we got up and went to pay for our drinks. The waitress then came out, just as we were about to leave and said our food was ready, which by then was too little too late. The waitress was very rude and gave us no apology or explanation why it took so long. I definitely wouldn't recommend going there as whilst we were waiting 2 separate tables sent their meals back. It maybe London but that's no excuse for poor service and rudeness."

"visit london on the docks past a few paints in the night kicked, sitting at the bar while we have waited for a table not long have to wait, ordered our eating there was a wait time because so busy, but was worth the wait that was eating was absolutely fantastic cooked to perfection all waiting staff was very friendly and polite throughout the opposite, I would highly recommend and comeback again when back in the opposite"

"It was a lovely restaurant. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars all round is because it was my birthday and when we went in the restaurant was not busy but they place us in a dark area of the restaurant. In the middle by a wall which felt like we we were dumped there by the first young girl that served us. We asked to move and was asked if we have a booking. I said yes and quickly booked a table. When they checked the system only then did they open the whole back of the restaurant and put us in a decent area where it was more scenic. The restaurant never got busy so I don't understand why we were not initially offered a decent table. The food and the young lady(different) that served us now is what saved the experience and made it a lovely end to my birthday."
