"A lot of young untrained staff. A couple of veterans saved our date, though. The latest menu changes (pick and mix) not great. Update: After terrible food experience at another branch (Gatwick) this looks like a systemic problem the quality of food and service has gone down. Huge let down. Pull up your socks and do better."
