"We were very impressed by the efficient and friendly service on a busy Sunday lunchtime. Nothing was too much trouble. I requested a quiet table if possible and felt that the table we had been given fitted that brief. The roast was extremely tasty with a generous portion and we all had extra bottomless Yorkies and gravy. Yummy! We will definitely recommend The Crown to others and will visit again when in the area."

"we waited a long time! we have waited our drink order and then waited again to give our food order! After a time we asked where our drinks were and had forgotten them. a half an hour later no food and had to remember waitress we were expecting. for the price when he finally arrived, it was not worth it! is not rushed back."
