"I was unable to visit this restaurant due to the fact that my confirmed reservation through OpenTable was invalid. Additionally, the restaurant was closed on the day of my reservation. It seems that there has been no partnership between OpenTable and the restaurant for the past two years. The reservation was for a meeting with a business contact, and the distance we traveled to meet at the restaurant was wasted due to this chaos. OpenTable offered me points as compensation, which I found unprofessional."
