"The basic items in this restaurant were satisfactory. However, the chips were terrible as they had been cooked and left out for too long, causing them to become solid. Adding to the disappointment, the potatoes still had their skins on, making them tough to eat. There was no point in complaining as all the meals seemed to have the same issue and no one asked about our experience. The toilets were in need of refurbishment."
