"I ordered takeout tonight through the restaurant's website. They charged my card right away. I was informed that the delivery would take over an hour. 30 minutes past the promised delivery time, I still had not received any updates or food. The phone line was busy and I had trouble reaching the restaurant. Eventually, the food arrived 45 minutes late. I had to leave a message on their answering machine to cancel the order as it was too late to eat. I was disappointed since I usually have no problems with this restaurant, but this time they let me down. I won't be ordering from them again."
