"Ordered food (just main courses) at pm. Eventually came at I’d asked for a side order of vegetable rice but got plain boiled rice! It appears there was a printed list of “unavailable” items, but we weren’t given it, so they just...substituted it! Other tables experienced similar problems. Long wait for food and orders not right. A lady on the next table had asked for a rare fillet steak, which came virtually cremated! A young couple had asked for onion rings which came well after they’d finished their meal and another lady had sweet potato fries that she couldn’t eat as they were rock hard! By the time her meal came back her partner had finished his meal. Waiting staff were doing their best spent all evening apologising it appears the problem was in the kitchen. Settled the bill at and we just wanted to go, so didn’t check it until we got home. Found we’d been charged for the Peroni my hubby had paid for himself at the bar, cos no one came to take our drink order. A really shocking dining experience."
