"I had a vegan cornish pasty on my way to Pokesdown train station. The owners were very friendly and offered a choice of a soy and root plant torte or a porkless torte, both of which were vegan. The pasty was very fresh and delicious, with a moist soy, onion, and potato filling served hot in a paper bag. It was a very filling and satisfying lunch option at a great price ($2.75). There was also a small sitting area available if you wanted to eat there, or you could take home a selection of cakes to enjoy later."
