"I had a fantastic experience at Ricci's. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars for ambiance is because it was quite cold inside. Many customers had to keep their coats on, which was a bit disappointing. It was one of the coldest nights of the year, and I think they should have turned up the heating. Despite that, I still plan on returning because the food at Ricci's (and Ricci's Tapas) is the best in the area."

"Although it looked good from outside, upon getting inside the experience was just getting worse and worse... Unfortunately the food is not what one could call traditional Thai food (fir example the crispy squeezed was chewy while Pha Thai was super sweet). If one feels like having Thai food, they are going to eat better off trying the food at a restaurant just on the other side of the street. And although the taste was not really what we were looking for, upset stomach on a morning after was definitely making as convinced that we will not b eating there again....."

"This was our first visit to TeT, from the moment we were greated on arrival to being the last to leave, everything was spectacular. Beautiful cocktails 2 for £12. We went with two course meal for £17.95. What was a deal ! Delicious foods ...! Certainly will not be the last. We cannot wait to return. The food was absolutely gorgeous could not fault a thing. The place is just “WOW” to see in Wakefield. The staff were all so lovely and attentive. You didn’t feel rushed at all. The ambience is very inviting and friendly. Such a wonderful place …. "Even though the food was good, this was a very disappointing experience. We had a reservation for 4 people on a Monday night at 7:15. In the larger of two dining areas, some of the tables were configured for 2 larger groups one of 8/10 and the other 10/12 people. So when these groups arrived, the noise level made conversation at our small table for 4 impossible! The service was also very slow, and inattentive. We were so disappointed that we decided not to stay for any dessert or coffee. Since our dining companions were friends we hadn't seen in a while, we were all looking forward to a nice, leisurely meal. But because of the noise and poor service, we hastened away."

"I've been here a few times. Food is always good. It isn't super-cheap, but it's certainly not extortionate either and portions are generous. Good for a nice meal out, and a bit different from Oxford's usual eateries. It's an interesting building too, which makes for an interesting ambiance. However, this particular meal was slightly hampered in that respect by a large (very noisy) table next to us on their Christmas do. I'm sure it was a one-off, but the restaurant might want to think about how to accommodate parties like that in future, without detracting from other people's experience. I'd still go back though."

"Incredible authentic Thai food with great service. Every dish was flavoursome and seasoned very well. The crispy salt and pepper squid was fried beautifully perfectly tender and crispy yet not greasy. A lovely sweet chilli dipping sauce massively enhanced the taste of the squid. Simply delicious. Both the lamb massuman curry and green curry with prawns were rich, smooth and creamy. They went extremely well with their fragrant coconut rice and completely elevated the meal to another level. I have to stress how impressed I was by the tenderness of the lamb, it was impeccable. Both curries were very mild which differs from the traditionally spicy green curry. I think this flavour doesn't just suit the masses here, but is also enjoyed by Thai people. It's really worth a try if you're in town! To finish off, we ordered 3 scoops of ice cream mango, green tea and Thai milk tea. The mango and green tea ice creams tasted fresh and refreshing which were my favourite of the three. The service was quick and friendly. It was a lovely restaurant to dine in, it's just a shame that the ceiling was a bit low and seemed a little claustrophobic. Overall, the meal was very enjoyable. The only thing that the restaurant could improve on was probably their stir fry morning glory the flavour was not fully absorbed into the Vege. Other than this, everything was brilliant! I'd 100% come back here the next time I'm in town! Review update: still love most of the foods, though this time we tried beef with red curry and the beef were a little tough to chew. The sizzling pork neck were not the most tender pork neck either. Unfortunately had to knock off a star because of this. However, I tried their special cocktail and desserts this time and thoroughly enjoyed them. I’d still come back here when I’m next in town. I just have to stick with chicken and prawns as the protein choices."

"came about a few weeks ago for the first time and again today, at both locations was warmly welcomed. in the upper floor there is a beautiful, bright and airy sitting corner with waiter service. excellent selection of fillings for sandwiches, including toasties, salads and drinks. was the first customer in the upper floor at both locations at the beginning of the lunch break and soon filled, the service was fast and accommodating, although very busy. at the first visit of the coffee machine was not ball, this was explained to everyone before they order. so not in the position to have a hot chocolate, but today did and can recommend. this little gem will definitely be a regular place to eat and can recommend to everyone"
