"To get my husband out who is blind I took him for his tea we were met by two members of staff who refused us a table in the dining area with his guide dog and they said we can sit around the corner this was like out of site, this area was used for bar drinkers. We asked why can we not sit in the dining area the staff member said because we have a dog its not allowed on the carpet, I said this is a guide dog they can go any were even hotels, at this point my husband was very upset and we left. We live near and have been for a meal a few times before but now never again. My husband has had his guide dog for 5 years and never has he been refused any were."
