"I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. After waiting for over an hour, my food arrived without salt, vinegar, or dressing on the burger, and they forgot my drink. When I called to address the issue, the staff member was confused and tried to tell me that I hadn't requested dressed burgers, even though I had specified it in the notes section. After waiting even longer for a replacement, the food was cold when it finally arrived. The delivery driver only replaced the kids' burgers, so I was left without chips and my drink was still missing. Overall, this restaurant is unreliable and not worth the money as they fail to provide what you order."

"Had a really great time here, the food was great the courgette fries are fantastic, the chips are perfect, hummus with pitta was really tasty, the chicken milanese was nice and crispy, and the desserts.... cheesecake with raspberry coulis and brownie with ice cream, both just the right sweetness to top off the meal. The music was great and the service was great waiter wore a mask and kept distance whenever possible, very polite and attentive; The only thing I would change is the decor/atmosphere it feels more like a local breakfast place, with pub style tables; for the price and quality of the food I think it deserves an upgrade, dressed tables (maybe a candle or some flowers), mood lighting, etc. I left very happy and will be coming back!"

"I absolutely adore this place - it boasts a truly unique concept with top-notch food and drinks. I frequent this restaurant twice a day, starting off with a light breakfast from the fridge and a small KBK box for lunch. I even bring home one for my wife! The ingredients are fresh and delicious, with a wide variety of protein, veggies, grains, and sauces to choose from. The portion sizes are very generous and neatly packed in the box. It's definitely worth every penny. I've had one questionable experience here, but everyone has their off days, so I can overlook it. Out of the 30 visits I've made in the last few months, only one has been a miss. The atmosphere and the staff are both fantastic - always courteous and ready to assist. I highly recommend this place to everyone."

"We had a late dinner here yesterday. Family of 7 with small kids and teens. Place was pack and busy but there were plenty of tables. We had single kebab with rice and nan, half grill chiken, chicken wings and nuggets(toddler cant handle spice). All very well seasoned and tasty. I would definitely go again for the kebabs and grilled chicken. And also to try other items in the menu which are too many. Even tho it was busy they had plenty workers and our food trickled in quick enough! Cash only which was a bit inconvenient for travellers or tourists like us. There are parkings off street outside. The place is loud and informal it is that kind of place so come for the food! We would recommend and come back if we ever in Preston again."

"Great food. About 15mins until ready. Got smokehouse burger and Cajun chicken wrap. Also available but couldn't get photo without looking creepy. Hatch veggie wrap,beef brisket wrap, chicken satay loaded fries, chicken and bacon fries (think had chilli sauce, spicy spicy but good). Also sides, Sausage, smashed avocado, smoked bacon, poached eggs, black pudding, crispy onions and caramelised onions. Few more things but not too sure what. Breakfast menu in photo. Can't comment on coffee but coke bottles etc available"

"Awful food, rude manager and expensive The service at this restaurant was appalling. The manager was pushy and forced us to pay for our food before it arrived. Be careful as you may not like what you get for your money. The food took ages and wasn 't worth the wait. The wrap I ordered which was a large one was small and barely had any chicken in it five pieces and layered in mayonnaise and lettuce rather than chickens. It was rubbery and tasteless. You could barely taste any chicken and it was slimy and oily. It tasted like recycled meat from the day before. We also ordered some burgers and these were small in size and very expensive as you don 't even get chips with it like other places. This is not a restaurant and I would not recommend eating it. Awful service and shocking bad treatment from the manager. Avoid, this place and go somewhere where you get better food and service."

"I have never been to Jamaica, but I can imagine that the next best thing is visiting a restaurant on Edward Street. The adjoining pub allows customers to bring their food, giving them three options: 1. Eat in 2. Takeout 3. Eat at the pub. My photo captures the essence of the experience. The food was so delicious that I couldn't wait to snap a picture before starting my meal. The chicken was juicy, lightly spiced, and very flavorful. The ox tail was a bit lacking in meat, but the flavors were exceptional. The service and atmosphere were authentic, making the whole dining experience enjoyable. Overall, it was an energy well spent on a delightful meal."
