"had a very enjoyable evening the food consisting of calamari and beef skewers as starters and for main half a chicken and sizzling beef was excellent, we also had due to a slight mishap with a pot of chilli sauce we were offered complimentary desserts namely mango with panacotta and crème brulee both dishes very nice. all this washed down with Singapore sling cocktails. we also looked at their lunch menu which looks very inviting. it is a novel menu which would appeal to most tastes, however i did find the music a bit overpowering but that's an age thing not a fault. will return, made very welcome by the manager"

"I ordered soup with brown bread, but when it arrived, it came with white bread instead, and nobody mentioned it. I had to call out to the waitress as she was leaving to ask if it was a mistake, and she just shrugged in response. The soup was nearly inedible due to its excessive saltiness, and the bread was stale, so I sent it back and had to wait a long time before receiving a new menu. The alternative dish I ordered was below average, but at least it was edible. After we finished our meals, we weren’t offered a dessert menu, which we had initially intended to order from, so we ended up giving up, settling the bill, and going elsewhere for dessert."

"I made a reservation at a new Mexican restaurant to celebrate Mother's Day with my wife and son. I called ahead to let them know we would be running late and the person on the phone was kind and understanding. When we arrived, the waitress was friendly and even made a special effort to accommodate our 7-year-old son. The bartender and other waitresses were also attentive and friendly. Our food arrived promptly and was absolutely delicious, with generous portions. I ordered the chicken burrito with roasted beans and my wife had the fajitas. Overall, we all had a great experience and I highly recommend this restaurant. Just a heads up - the smell of the food can linger on your clothes, so it's best to leave your coat in the car."

"While everyone else seemed to be having the best meal, ours was sadly lacking. Tomato salad was literally tomatoes. I get that there were balsamic pearls and basil jelly but it was literally a bowl of tomatoes. The elephant garlic was burnt in the veggie main option, leaving me with a bitter tagliatelle dish again it was literally a bowl of pasta with garlic... no bread no cheese The cheese plate was a lump of Stilton and some soggy homemade crackers/biscuits We complained at the end of each course but when we came to pay we had been charged for it all and the bar manager seemed surprised and said the chef would welcome feedback... we had fed back!! The manager took the price of 2 drinks off the bill... poor job. But being British we accepted gracefully and left. Shame as we stayed the night and breakfast the next day showed that the chef could indeed cook!!"

"I took my partner to this restaurant for their birthday, but unfortunately the steak we wanted was not available. We then ordered another steak, only to be told they were out of that as well. Despite being the only customers in the restaurant, the service was not very good. We had to leave and find another place nearby to celebrate my partner's special day. Overall, it was a disappointing end to what was supposed to be a nice birthday dinner."

"I'm not sure if it was a mistake with the booking app or the restaurant, but I made a reservation for a table for two for my girlfriend and myself. We live far apart due to work and don't get to see each other as often as we'd like, so we were looking forward to a romantic meal here for Valentine's Day on the 15th. When our taxi arrived, we found the restaurant dark and closed with no sign of life. We had never been there before and were disappointed, as we had been looking forward to our meal together. We ended up at Prezzo instead, sitting next to a large table of 20 people. It was a letdown."

"we ate on Sunday afternoon on the last weekend and the quality and quantity of food was as always excellent. despite quite completeness, the service remains timely and polite. it is so beautiful that when ordering water, this is served with ice and lemon, and not with the frit they get so often in other facilities. "disappoint. we only visited there over 2 years ago when we rented a holiday home in the village and had some nice meals there, but it has changed a lot. should we have recognized when we first arrived, as the man at the bar was very scary looking, unraveled unironed filthy shirt . I ordered suppe with brown brot when it appeared, it had white brot, but nothing was said, so I had to call the girl when she went to the left to ask if it was a mistake and got a teppich. the suppe proved to be unusable, it was so salty and the brotstall, so I sent it back and had to wait to be brought to me for an old menu. an alternative that was less than average, but at least edible. After our tellers were cleared, we were not offered the Dessert menu that we planned, so abandoned the bill and went to dessert elsewhere."

"I would not return to this restaurant ever! They got the drinks completely mixed up giving my diabetic husband full Pepsi even though we told them twice that it definitely was not diet...his blood sugar level were flying up even with a sip. My food was mainly a plate of peas. The food took forever to come and when it did it came one at a time and very very slowly as one of my sons had finished before my others came! One of the waiters kept stomping through the restaurant which echoed each time he did it and still can’t believe it he had a baseball hat on and a coat serving I’m sorry but this restaurant needs looking at extremely disappointed"
