"I booked online as I was away in meetings. I wanted to book a special meal for myself and my family after boxing day. The restaurant was apparently not available, which I only found out when they called me a few days before we were due to go leaving me no time to organise anything else noting the time of year. The issue is that your website made no mention of this, nor did Thoresby Hall website. If it had, I obviously wouldn't have tried to make a booking."
