"booked by opentable and all confirmed. also on the left side of the restaurant answering machine. Travelled specifically to the restaurant only to find it closed without a declaration. even opening times at the door said it should have been open. no answer from the restaurant to later perform. would definitely not recommend and would not use again opentable, unless in the position to confirm directly with the restaurant that defeats the whole object of opentable a very disappointing experience!"

"Nice place but we visited on a cold day and and if you weren’t seated directly in front of the open fire it was chilly in the restaurant . Also some of the food needed to be hotter than served. And I totally disagree with the service charge, on our bill it was £30 thank goodness it was discretionary the service certainly didn’t live up to that high charge. That should be removed entirely and left at the customers discretion. Kind of changed the mood of the lunch which was a shame."
