"We booked a table and arrived 15 minutes early but we 're pleased to be seated straight away. We waited for a while for order to be placed and ordered both drinks and food at the same time. Food arrived within 5 minutes so obviously just been heated up in the kitchen. No drinks arrived until half way through our food and when we asked our server we were told the bar was 'super busy but drinks were not chased. When they did arrive, a white wine spritzer was totally flat, it was sent back for a glass of red wine. When this arrived it was 'plonked ' on the table with no comment at all from the server, we thought this was poor customer service, not a friendly attitude. Couldn 't wait to leave, asked for the bill and was charged for the spritzer and a large wine when I 'd only ordered a small. We were asked if we wanted to leave a service charge, this was declined due to the service we received. Have been to Pho Castle Street and would definitely return, but not to Bold Street."
