"despite our email reminding us of the booking, the restaurant does not have the reservation in its system. for happiness, or unhappy, as it turned out, there were tables available. we had to sit up from the first (very tiny) Ywo-person table we were given when the seats were held too bad, without them being moved every time they were in their seat. the waiter missed our order for a starter, so our main courses arrived first. After we sent them back, we finally got our joint Nachos plate. we joked when we came to the main course that we hoped that this was not the same burgers they had used until 30 minutes before. not really sure we got a response to this question, but it was a mumble...still for debate. the burgers were best moderate, only served with fries and an uninspiring koleslaw. it's a very long time since I've ever eaten here, the youngest visits are only drinks. I don't want to go back based on this experience. frankie and bennys are over the road and I would prefer there now."

"Great cocktail menu we had a delicious concoctions as both aperitifs and digestives which were fabulous! An extensive wine list with some great options, we enjoyed a really lovely Chablis. A very imaginative food menu, the monkfish Wellington was a hit with us! Everything we are was delicious. Friendly and attentive staff made for an all round wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend."

"This restaurant is really wonderful, located right next to the Prince Edward Theatre. While the bar area is great, we had made a reservation for the restaurant. I had requested a quiet table and we were accommodated. From the moment we were greeted to when we left, all the staff were friendly, helpful, and polite. Even the bartender said hello as we passed by on the way to our table. The food and drinks were exceptional. I had mentioned it was a big birthday celebration for my friend when booking. I had completely forgotten about this, but we were surprised with a delicious piece of cake and sorbet at the end, with birthday wishes. I definitely recommend this restaurant and bar. A big thank you to Tamara, our lovely waitress."

"from beginning to end, this can only be described as one of my worst restaurants experiences. we were a little early on our table so we were invited to stand at the bar to wait for our table. we waited and waited and waited for twenty minutes to serve and there was only one person in front of us. We were totally ignored while the two people behind the bar took care of the table orders. eating ordered and when it came, it was wrong so that the food of my wife had to go back. another order was also wrong and they promised to bring the fritten asap. they came when we all finished our eating. the food of my wife came back right, but the plate was full of fat and pommes was microwave. eating all looked completely inconspicuous. the manager took the cost for the meal of my wife from the bill and the riders who never arrived but nothing for our experience or offered more drinks. unnecessary to say that we never go back. it felt as if they really did not deal with the volume of people."

"I opted for the healthiest thing on the menu! Not like me but I felt like my body needed it, it was immense, so many flavours on one plate with lovely grilled chicken Staff were super friendly and attentive especially to my elderly mum in her wheelchair My mum is a super complainer and she never moaned once, so that's a feat in itself, well done lol"

"Had breakfast there on Sunday. Great choice of food and nice place inside. Coffee was a bit lacking in flavour though, and my full breakfast, although tasty, was all different teperatures. Sausages, pancake and potatoes were hot but eggs, tomato and bacon were pretty cold. Would expect all ingredients to be kept warm and plated together? Will go there again though and hope for better luck next time, as overall was still pleasant."

"We were looking for a traditional Sunday Roast option near our hotel at the Hilton London Paddington. We were delighted to find the option we located so near to us was the best we've had in London to date. In addition, they offer a special GBP roast dinner if each individual purchases at least in drinks. Our meal with wine cost us about less than the two dinners would have otherwise cost on their own. We plan to visit again whenever in London"

"Good evening, On Saturday of this month (January), I made a reservation for people at Coast to Coast Restaurant and I always use open table everytime I go there with family, friends or my husband. I also use this (Open table) to any other nice restaurants in London and I have never had a problem. When we got there at the time of our reservation, the guy that was as the Host position or in the Reception welcoming all the people was so rude (he was bald as I don’t have his name). We got there, said we had a reservation, and he said he didn’t have anything then we showed him the confirmation from OpenTable and his words were: “I don’t have anything, sorry”. WHATS IS THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Is AWFUL. I get there can be some mistakes but it is unacceptable the way he answered to a place we go to enjoy with friends and then this just makes it not want to come back. I go to loads of different restaurants and they have never treated us like that. If they are not gonna have the reservations then don’t promotion your restaurant in OpenTable cause it makes it an inconvenient believing you have something and then realizing you don’t."

I wasn't really sure about this spot, but they were both curious about pancakes and Nutella and live quite close by, so I couldn't refuse. "The staff were incredibly friendly, but unfortunately, they didn't seem very organized. I requested my salad with dressing on the side, but it arrived already dressed. As for my main course, the salmon was bland and mushy, and the rice was overcooked and clumpy. The supposed creole chicken had no discernible flavor. "Arrived here at approx 10pm and was turned away because “they are closing and can only do takeaway”. On here it clearly states that this branch closes at 11pm. I would understand if it was 10.30 and the staff need time to close down the restaurant, but turning customers away a whole hour before closing time (with no other customers in there) isn’t good customer service. Just seemed like the staff was more concerned about going home early. Looking at previous google reviews this seems to be a recurring issue that clearly hasn’t been resolved."
