"dont know what happened to havanas. used to be good and then today i get a call that they ran out of 1 thing i ordered and i was told they couldnt refund so i had to choose something else that i didnt want. then the food arrived and i get 2 things i didnt order. so i call up to try and get the real food i ordered and im told they switched owners and thats why its bad. so i ask for a refund and im told they need to speak to the company whatever that means (i ordered through havanas own website). then i decide ill at least drink my milkshake and i slurp up a strange piece of grey rubber or something. How have the standards just vanished? Shame to lose what was a good takeaway but i wont be coming back Food: 1 Service: 1"
